After putting four kids through college, we decided a year ago that we were finally going to make a bucket list home renovation happen. We’ve always wanted a beautiful arc paved driveway. I started with gathering information from several companies , and Brevard outdoor services was actually our first connection since pursuing this dream during the Covid. Dylan came out to our house was so kind and friendly. I told him that I was looking to do the project in February 2025 and that I was just starting to gather information out of all of the companies that came out to our house Brevard outdoor services I felt was the only company that really provided a five star experience . I was very impressed with the package that Dylan put together, including all of the financials as well as a virtual appointment so that we could interact picking different pavers as possible Contenders. Dylan was patient. He gave us reviews and even suggested that we see some of their finished worked for ourselves. All of this solidified our decision to go with Brevard outdoor services. Dylan was a huge part of that. Just the complete communication with him. The non-pressuring little did we know that was just the beginning of their fantastic service. It’s easy to see why Brevard outdoor services is a family orientated company. Manny did an incredible job managing our project . He was in constant communication with me throughout the project and was on site several times a day. Wilson and his crew were just phenomenal from day one. I really appreciate the fact that you’re getting the same crew for the entire project. They became family to us. They were awesome and their work was incredible. The front staff was caring and kind and answered all of my questions. The install was seamless. I think we had a one day delay, but that had nothing to do with the company, and we were very excited to also purchase the extended warranty, sanding and sealer contract as well . I have already reached out to Dylan to work on another project for us . In a very uncertain world of contracting, I will say to you go with your gut instinct. You’re gonna get what you pay for.
